Returns and Refunds
At Ambunti Warehouse, we take great care to select the best products for our store and ensure these are delivered to our customers in excellent condition. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, please email james.verstringhe@ambuntiwarehouse.com with the subject line “Return” within 14 days of receipt. In the email, tell us your name, order number, location and the reason for wanting to return the item.
Please allow us to reply before you post the item back so we can give you the details you need and ensure your return is processed smoothly. You must post items back within 14 days of the date you notified us. Alternatively, the correct return address can be found on your packaging slip.
Refunds will be made to the card or Paypal account of the person who originally paid for the order within 14 days of safe receipt.
We do not refund return postage on an item in the UK unless it is faulty. Please make sure you retain proof of postage and obtain adequate postal insurance to cover items being returned to us as we are not responsible for items being returned and cannot give you a refund if items are lost or damaged during return postage.
Return postage will not be refunded on returns from outside the EU under any circumstances.
For non-UK customers, ensure you mark the returned goods ‘returned goods: no commercial value’ on the parcel, as failing to do so may result in your parcel incurring import charges or being returned to you. We recommend sending your products back recorded delivery just in case anything goes missing.
Unwanted items must be returned in re-saleable condition. This means that the items are undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging with any labels attached.
We inspect and check all returned items before a refund is issued and we reserve the right to reject a refund request if we consider returned items to be unsaleable for any reason.
Please follow the care instructions on our website carefully to keep your blanket looking its best. We cannot accept responsibility for any problems caused by washing, handling or general use, such as shrinking or pilling.
Items purchased as a gift can only be refunded to the card of the person who placed and paid for the order.
Our returns policy complies with the EU distance selling regulations. The same regulations may not apply to customers purchasing from outside the EU.
Paypal payments are also bound by the Paypal User Agreement.
